Q: Where do mykitchenzone.co.uk deliver?
A: We deliver to the UK mainland only, which includes mainland Scotland, Wales and England.
Q: What days do we deliver?
A: We work in partnership with a national delivery company to ensure that your goods are delivered in pristine condition, as promptly as possible. Delivery is normally within 7 - 10 days and is free if you spend more than £40.00 in a single transaction. Otherwise our standard delivery charge is £3.95. Delivery is between Monday - Friday, except bank holidays.
Q: What times do we deliver?
A: Our aim is to get the product to our customers as promptly as we can; however we are unable to specify an exact delivery time. This is to allow for some flexibility in order to accommodate circumstances beyond our control, i.e.; traffic jams and accidents. Normal hours of delivery are between 8am - 5pm.
Q: What happens if I am not going to be in on the delivery date?
A: If you are able to give us 3 days notice we will be happy to re-arrange the delivery date for you.
